The Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces during the meeting on Feb. 10 dismissed a document "interpretation of the provisions of Decree 31 May 2010, No 78, on the containment of personnel costs for government employees of Regions and Autonomous Provinces and the National Health Service, converted into Law July 30, 2010, No 122. This text was prepared jointly with the Conference of Presidents of Regional Legislative Assemblies. "
